Based in Gateshead Newcastle, we are a small team of recruitment specialists, each bringing several years recruitment experience across a range of industries. Working closely together, we specialise in the attraction, selection and retention of middle to senior level professionals across a range of sectors and disciplines.
Where typical consultants specialise in one particular sector, we believe in getting to know our client's whole business as only then can we understand the culture and needs of the company. We can then shortlist candidates by conducting a series of in-depth interviews to gain an insight into career history, skill set and future ambitions.
