HR Administrator

Location: Stockton-on-Tees

Contract Type: Full-time

Contract Term: Permanent

Salary: 25k - 30k


Our client is a large global organisation with its Head Office in the UK and a global network of sites. An opportunity has arisen for a HR Administrator to join their team on a permanent basis.

Main responsibilities will include:

  • Management and actioning of the HR inbox
  • Responsible for the processing/administration of new appointments, leavers and changes to contracts
  • Managing and verifying absence reporting and proving management reports
  • Maintain HR databases and personnel files
  • Actively support the planning of training activities and coordinate resources
  • Ensure all audit activities are completed to ensure compliance
  • Facilitating and tracking regular reviews of HR policies

The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate:

  • Strong administration skills with excellent attention to detail
  • Previous experience with HR administration although this is not essential
  • Highly IT literate with good knowledge of Excel including V Look ups and Pivots
