In the early stages of COVID-19, a group of likeminded professionals and friends were discussing how the pandemic was impacting HR teams and whether we could bring value to the HR community in these troubled times. These discussions led to the creation of several online events such as ‘Effective Internal Communications’ and ‘How to Support your Employees with Mental Health’. We gained such positive feedback from these sessions that we continued to develop a 5 week programme on ‘Leading Remotely with Wellbeing in Mind’ presented by Sharon McArthur.

Although the initial aim of the group was to provide valuable webinars with tangible take away material, we soon saw the opportunity to expand this further and allow attendees to become part of larger network that can continue to support each other through COVID19 and beyond. Over 30 HR and Leadership professionals joined together to create a safe way to communicate openly about their current challenges and successes in order to help others in the same profession. We are incredibly proud of what we have achieved to date and look forward to providing more topical discussions in the near future.
